Confined Spaces

Safe entry, work and rescue in tanks, ducts, silos and other confined spaces.

Work in confined spaces (tanks, silos, ducts, wells, chambers) carries specific hazards — lack of oxygen, the presence of gases, and limited possibility of evacuation. Our training prepares workers and rescuers for safe entry, work, and potential evacuation from such locations.

Scope of training

Identifying and assessing hazards in confined spaces. Entry procedures — permits, atmosphere testing, ventilation. Personal protective equipment and evacuation systems (tripods, winches). Rescue procedures and communication during confined space work.

Who it’s for

For employees working in tanks, silos, ducts and other confined spaces, and for rescue teams responsible for their safety.
