About us
Over two decades of experience in work at height, rope access and rescue — on land and offshore installations, in dozens of countries worldwide.
ASCENT was founded in 2001 by Mariusz Majchrowicz, an active climber, rope technician, and rope and work-at-height manager. ASCENT guarantees the highest quality of service and safety standards thanks to a team of specialists with years of experience in work at height, rope access, and hazardous and explosive environments. We have worked in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, England, Scotland, Trinidad, Brazil, Indonesia, South Korea, Iran, Libya, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Since 2001, ASCENT has also run training operations, guaranteeing the most experienced and qualified instructor team in Central Europe. Training is led and supervised by our Head of Training, Mariusz Majchrowicz, the first IRATA Assessor in Central Europe.
Training at ASCENT is delivered exclusively by instructors holding the highest qualifications from international rope access trade associations — IRATA, SPRAT and OTDL. We have prepared several thousand height workers, hundreds of rope technicians, dozens of rescuers, and over a dozen work-at-height and rescue instructors.
